Recent changes to the ERTC pandemic relief program have expanded the eligibility requirements, but many employers are unaware that they may now be eligible for tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax credits. The new eligibility assessment tool from ERC Tax Group can help business owners find out if they qualify by answering 10 simple questions.
More information about the ERTC eligibility requirements, and the new eligibility assessment, can be found at https://erctaxgroup.com
The new assessment application can be completed in approximately one minute, with no cost or obligation. It does not require any proprietary business information and is available to any business owner with between 5 and 500 full-time employees on average.
After completing the survey, eligible employers will receive a link to a secure server, where they can receive help from ERTC specialist CPAs to complete their claims. By partnering with a specialist CPA firm, ERC Tax Group can offer employers an updated 15 Minute Refund program that is not available elsewhere.
The updated 15 Minute Refund program allows employers to complete their claims by uploading several documents to the CPA firm’s secure server, where specialists will calculate their rebates and complete the paperwork needed. The entire process requires a time commitment of 15 minutes or less from employers and provides the maximum allowable rebate for their business.
Business owners that have already received a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) may be eligible for rebates following changes made to the Consolidated Appropriations Act. Unlike the funds provided through the PPP, ERTC rebates have no restrictions on how they can be spent and never need a repayment.
Startups and non-profit organizations, including churches, schools, and clinics, may also be eligible for rebates if they meet the program’s requirements. New businesses founded during the pandemic may claim up to $100,000 in rebates if they have gross receipts of less than $1 million, and at least one employee who is not a family member or 50% owner.
Eligible employers may qualify for up to $26,000 per W-2 employee in rebates, which will be received as a check in the mail from the IRS.
The 15 Minute Refund program fees are entirely contingent on companies receiving their rebates, and any company that does not qualify or does not receive a rebate, will not be charged.
