Available in a multitude of combinations, from the Sentinel 100 Pure SBC up to the Sentinel 400 multi service business platform with up to 8 telephony modules (E1/T1, FXS, FXO, ISDN BRI), our entire series of SBCs run the same certified version of our DGW 48.x software.
Teams is now the standard unified communications and collaboration tool bundled with Office 365, offering chat, meetings, files, application and calling. Available for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and web platforms, it can also connect to traditional telephony with the Direct Routing feature and a certified SBC.

Many organizations have started to deploy Teams and Office 365 on desktops and smartphones. While this is perfect for the average office worker, this presents challenges in many environments. For example, retail employees or factory workers typically are not assigned their own PC or company-issued cellular phone. Wireless coverage may be problematic or not available in locations such as warehouses, hospitals or elevators. However, traditional telephones are usually available everywhere.
Direct Routing lets you integrate any telephony equipment with Teams. Key systems, DECT phones, intercoms, paging equipment, emergency or elevator phones, door panels, etc.

With Direct Routing, you don’t need an expensive Teams Calling Plan License for each user, nor are you limited to the countries available for the Microsoft Voice feature. Use the telephony provider of your choice, either via SIP or the traditional PSTN network. Keep your existing contracts and phone numbers. Keep your licensing costs to a minimum by only assigning the Business Voice without calling plan to the users who need it.
