Lead to Scale is a coaching and consulting company that supports high-performing leaders (founders, executives, and more) to identify and transform their “leadership blind spots” so they can experience the success, impact, and confidence they’re worthy of.
Having spent the last 7 years in and around the startup space, including being a founder herself, JJ was intrigued by what she saw was missing when it came to successful leadership. She observed that most leaders aren’t given any support when it comes to their transition into leadership, and as a result often find themselves unequipped and facing serious bouts of imposter syndrome.
Seeing this, JJ set out to create a robust framework that provides her clients a combination of practical strategies and tools, as well as deep shifts at the level of identity that result in huge up-levels in the areas of performance, impact, and confidence.
“Working with JJ pushes you to think deep down on tactical measures and keeps you accountable to be the best version of yourself and truly be your own ally. I totally recommend – for anyone in middle-management to execs and founders to work with JJ — she’s the best.” Dustin Diaz, Director of Engineering: NuOrder/Lightspeed
“Once you create the time and space to dig in with someone as talented as JJ, you appreciate that coaching is a force multiplier. As you can probably tell I can’t recommend JJ enough.” Ryan Alshak, Founder + CEO, Time by Ping
“I would absolutely recommend JJ’s work; she is very skilled at working through any issue I’ve raised with her and the time we spent defining my leadership style has had the biggest impact on me.” Jim Rutherford, Director of Product + Engineering, Ingage
“Working with JJ has been transformational for me, as I have a much healthier framework for dealing with the day-to-day challenges of running a business, and I feel more prepared to lead my team to success.” Ramin Savar, Founder, Fieldtrip
Unlike many executive coaches that focus solely on tactics and strategies, JJ’s approach brings in what’s found to be the #1 trait in successful leaders – emotional intelligence. Along with practical tools and strategies, her clients come to understand themselves, their team members, and their relationships at a deeper level; as a result, trust, engagement, and performance at both the individual and organizational level skyrocket. At the end of the day, a leaders’ most important job is to create a high-performing organization (which means successfully leading other people); without that nothing else matters.
