The company will be showcasing wedding gowns from its new ‘Forces of Nature’ collection. Creations incorporate select use of lace and/or beading to reflect the natural elements, with more minimalist designs also available.

In response to growing demand, Lotus Threads will also be showing some of its best-selling designs from ‘The Evolution’ and ‘The Mystical Garden’ collections. The company maintains direct relationships with bridal stores across the US, and wedding gowns being displayed were chosen for that market.

As with many sectors, the wedding industry saw a significant decline during the pandemic. The Wedding Report states that the number of weddings in 2020 dropped from a yearly average of 2.1 million to 1.3 million. However, the trade group also predicts that 2022 will see a resurgence, with approximately 2.5 million weddings predicted this year.

While the industry has returned to pre-pandemic levels, Lotus Threads has recognized that demand for unique and non-traditional gowns is also on the rise. The selection being showcased at Atlanta’s VOW Bridal & Formal Market reflects this shift, and offers retailers several new options.

The studio’s ‘Forces of Nature’ collection introduces natural elements, such as waterfalls, flames, and storms. Selective use of lace, beading, and ruffles aims to create a modern yet timeless appearance.
